Aging out with Grace is a Non-profit 501c3 faith-based organization serving women who have aged out of the foster care system. It was birthed on 2/22/2022 from a prophetic word that was released to me from the heart of God. It has been an honor and a privilege to pursue the heart of God and to bring his vision into fruition. We are located in the suburb of Euclid, Ohio. We serve the Northeast Ohio area. Aging out with grace provides a loving and stable home to these young women. We are a woman owned business that is driven with compassion to help disadvantaged young women find their place in society.
Darlene's Kreative Homestagin Interior And Redesign LLC is a premier design business that offers top-notch creative designs for a variety of clients, including vacant homes, occupied homes, independent living homes, real estate investors, and sellers. As a company, we take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' unique needs. We serve clients throughout Northeast Ohio and have a proven track record of success in transforming spaces into beautiful and functional living areas. Our transportation business is an Independent Provider with the Department of Developmental Disabilities, offering Non-Medical Transportation, Homemaker Personal Care, HPC Transportation, Informal Respite, Shared Living, Supported Living, and Participant Directed HPC. We provide reliable and comfortable transportation, along with personal care services to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Our Informal Respite services offer temporary relief for families and caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer respite care for both family and non-family members, while our Shared Living and Supported Living services enable individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in the community while receiving the support they need.
Finally, our Participant Directed HPC services empower individuals with developmental disabilities to direct their own care, giving them greater control and flexibility in their lives. We are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality services to all of our clients, and we look forward to serving the community for years to come.
